My experience with the cashier Michelle, was absolutely phenomenal! She helped me with all my questions and is just overall super polite honestly we need more people in retail like her.

Store looks like a complete disaster. I actually spent 30 min the other day organizing the pvc fitting section to find the right piece. Everything was just everywhere. Really could use some attention or maybe management members that truly care.

They had the Dewalt tool I was looking for in stock and at what I thought was a very nice price. Tool only! No battery. It's all I needed. Friendly staff as well, a thing to have in a time when others just walk on by an not say a thing to you. I'll stop by a store again.

Customer Service is so important and often lacking at retail stores, either due to limited staff or employees that don't care. Yesterday I had a completely DIFFERENT experience! I went to Bomgaars to pick up some Horse Pellets and I could not find the bags anywhere. I saw a young man who was writing up some kind of report. I asked him if he knew where I could find it. He said he thought they were out of stock but would go check the back room to be sure. He came back with a 40lb. bag and told me the packaging was different - but it was the same product, AND he had more in the back. I needed 3 bags. He (without my asking) loaded them into my cart, offered to drive the cart to the register and to load them into the car for me!!!! The lady at the register was very nice as well. While driving the cart to my car, one of the bags leaked --this fella took the bag back inside and brought me out another! His name was DANGER! Very polite and lovely young man and I am grateful for the service. I look forward to getting his help again next time I stop in for those 40lb. Bags! Thanks Danger :)

Came in to get chicken feed…. Seen these poor bantam chickens … pasty but is a understatement… they all look sick and one maybe missing a eye… one worker told me a lot of people came back and said they died on them…. The other worker that cares for them tried to tell me they didn’t have pasty but and the one isn’t missing an eye… it’s just matted…. Why would u leave them out if they looked that bad or was dying… the one worker said they must of been on the truck to long…. I even took pics of the empty cages still covered in poop…
